File a Complaint
Ethics Complaint:
REALTORS® are required to comply with the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. If you wish to file a Complaint, regarding a possible violation of one or more of the Articles of the Code of Ethics, please click the link below to the Idaho Association of REALTOR®.
Arbitration Request:
The process for an arbitration request is very similar to filing an Ethics complaint. The Idaho Association of REALTOR® will supply a request for Arbitration form.
