Ombudsmen/Mediation


The Latah County Board of REALTORS® requires REALTORS®, pursuant to Article 17 of the Code of Ethics, to mediate all arbitrable disputes. When the Idaho Association of REALTORS® receives a Request for Arbitration, it shall notify all parties regarding participation in mediation.
